Make It Jess masterclass

Come to Gezellig Studios in downtown Toronto for a makeup masterclass with Make It Jess to learn how to do your own makeup. This class is for all makeup skill levels, especially beginners! Jess can help you achieve your desired look based on your skill level. From a makeup enthusiast that can rock graphic liner to a complete beginner who has never tried mascara. This class is for everyone, including all ages and genders. 

Please arrive upstairs to Gezellig Studio for our  masterclass with a bare face (no makeup, but skincare is fine). If you come with product on, no stress! Makeup remover/skincare is provided. 

This class teaches an entire face of makeup covering these makeup products: Primer, Eyebrows, Eyeshadow, Mascara/False Lashes, Foundation, Concealer, Contour, Blush, and Highlighter

We only use vegan, cruelty free, and hypo-allergenic makeup. The foundation we use offers over 40 shades from fair to deep dark (i.e. ColourPop Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation)

Each makeup artist has their own makeup station that includes a mirror, ring light, makeup, tools, skincare, and lesson book. The lesson book covers the lesson we are learning with extra pictures and  diagrams, as well as tips and tricks that makes the class easy to follow along while at your own pace.

Each class is an average of 3 hours long from bare face to full glam. The longest stage is always learning how to apply false lashes. You’ll be leaving the class having applied a full face of glam makeup!

Each person will get a copy of our lesson plan and product list so you don’t have to memorize anything and can practice the lesson at home!

•  You could hire a makeup artist to apply your makeup one time or you could learn how to apply your own full face of makeup as many times as you want
• Jess used to be a teacher, so she understands how to break down the makeup lesson so that all makeup skill levels can comfortably follow along and feel confident about doing makeup on their own at home
• Jess follows all the latest makeup trends, so if you’ve been doing the same makeup routine for years let her help you learn new tips and tricks

Jess will be hosting this makeup masterclass at the stunning Gezellig Studios in downtown Toronto. Located on the sixth floor (suite 601) of 174 Spadina Ave, this studio offers us a beautiful space for our makeup classes. Come join our makeup masterclass on your own or bring a friend with you, you’ll have fun either way!

A masterclass with Jess is a light hearted environment where you can laugh at your little makeup mistakes while learning the newest makeup tips and tricks. Makeup mistakes happen all the time and Jess can help teach you how to fix them.
